Alex E. Eichhorn is the founder and managing attorney of Axis Legal, LLC, a distinguished law firm based in Elm Grove, Wisconsin, dedicated to representing injured workers. With over a decade of legal experience and a proven track record of handling more than 2,000 cases and securing $25 million in recoveries for his clients, Alex has established himself as a leading authority in workers' compensation law in Wisconsin. Alex earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2014, concentrating on civil litigation and workers' compensation. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where he has remained actively engaged, recently serving as the keynote speaker for the 2024 commencement of the College of Letters & Science. During law school, Alex demonstrated his leadership and advocacy skills through involvement in various organizations, including the Legal Volunteer Clinic and the Dispute Resolution Society. He was also selected as Marquette's representative for the ABA Negotiation Competition, underscoring his early talent in strategic negotiation. After graduation, Alex joined Tabak Law, LLC, where he developed one of the state’s largest workers' compensation practices and became an equity partner by 2016. In 2025, he established Axis Legal, LLC to provide more client-focused and specialized advocacy for work injury cases. Recognized for his professional excellence, Alex has received numerous accolades, including being named a five-time Super Lawyers Rising Star and earning recognition from the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys as a Top 10 Under 40. Beyond his legal practice, Alex founded Eating Away Injustice, a nonprofit organization aimed at enhancing opportunities for Milwaukee’s disadvantaged communities through outreach and food support. He remains committed to innovation, client-centered representation, and making a meaningful impact in the community.
