Alan Kabat is a seasoned attorney based in Washington, D.C., specializing in Employment Law and Investigations. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington in 1983, followed by a Ph.D. in Biology from Harvard University in 1990. Mr. Kabat later obtained his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1998, where he also contributed as a member and Editor-in-Chief of the American Criminal Law Review's Thirteenth Survey of White Collar Crime. Additionally, Mr. Kabat is actively engaged as co-chair of the Amicus Committee for the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers’ Association (MWELA) and serves as the discovery coordinator for complex multidistrict litigation.
