About

My practice works equally on family based and employment based immigration. We also fully support our clients from initial consultation until your goal is achieved. We are always responsive to questions and as part of a national organization of immigration lawyers we can proactively advise you on best options for you case based on the latest trends and anticipated changes in the law. This includes helping individuals sponsor family members including parents, spouses, fiances, and children (I-130, I-129F, DS-260, I-485, I-751) through US Immigration or US Consulates in every country in the world. As US Immigration law is federal, we can work with clients in every state in the US. My practice focuses on many employer-sponsored visas including H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, and O-1A/B and PERM Labor Certification green cards. We also help many individuals with self-sponsored green cards including National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, Extraordinary Ability (EB-1A), and Outstanding Researcher (EB-1B) petitions as well as business start-up advising. I also help individuals that are abroad retain their green cards and work on complex US citizenship (naturalization N-400) cases. I would be happy to speak to you to see if we can put together your winning case.
