Adam Linkner is a member of the Hooper Hathaway litigation team. His practice also includes an emphasis on antitrust/competition law, appellate matters, and startup law. Prior to joining Hooper Hathaway Mr. Linkner practiced with Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C. and Varnum in Michigan, and he clerked for the Honorable Ed Carnes, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He also co-founded the online advertising companies and , as well as the promotions company Ubars. Mr. Linkner earned his JD and MBA from Emory University, where he graduated ranked first in his law school class, served as a managing editor of the Emory Law Journal, and was inducted into the business school’s beta gamma sigma honor society. Mr. Linkner earned his undergraduate business degree, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan.
