Adam James SavinSlip Fall Accident Attorney in Granada Hills, CA

About

Adam J. Savin is a young, energized attorney who believes that success should be measured by the attorney's results rather than his years in practice. Since 2010, Adam J. Savin has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and benefits for his clients. Working with his father and mother, who started the firm over 30 years ago, Adam J. Savin had the unique benefit and experience of being able to dive right into the world of litigation and get his feet wet in bench and jury trials, depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, discovery disputes, and just about all aspects of early litigation through trial. Adam J. Savin has devoted his practice area to helping people who have suffered moderate to catastrophic life altering or ending injuries, whether these injuries happened at work or by the hands of a negligent or careless actions of another. Adam J. Savin's primary focus is in complex Workers' Compensation claims with cross-over Personal Injury claims known as 3rd party claims. These are claims where individuals are injured and have a duality of remedies- meaning they can pursue both Workers' Compensation benefits as well as Personal Injury damages against another person known as the 3rd party. Adam J. Savin also has keen knowledge on the very limited exceptions that may permit an injured employee to pursue a civil action against their employer despite the exclusive remedy rule in the California Labor Code. Handling these workers' compensation / personal injuries cross over cases takes special knowledge and experience, and if done properly the injured employee/person can maximize their benefits and settlement. The first step is identification of remedies and Adam J. Savin has the background and training in both workers' compensation and personal injury law to make sure no stone goes unturned. Adam J. Savin is also a part of a small community of attorneys in Los Angeles and surrounding cities who handle Workers' Compensation claims where the employer is illegally uninsured, typically referred to as UEF or Uninsured Employers Fund Cases. These UEF cases follow special rules and procedures and an inexperienced workers' compensation attorney can delay your case for years if the proper procedures are not followed at the forefront. In addition, these UEF cases can sometimes open the employer to personal civil liability outside of workers' compensation, since maintaining workers' compensation insurance is a law. In addition to these hybrid Workers' Compensation Personal Injury cases and uninsured employers claims (UEF), Adam J. Savin also has extensive litigation experience in all sorts of automobile accidents, trucking/tractor, motorcycle, boating, construction site accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death suits, catastrophic injuries including traumatic brain injuries from accidents, sexual molestation and misconduct, products liability, dog bite cases, medical mal practice, and other injury related claims. There is something to be said with regards to being a young attorney in the age of technology. Adam J. Savin brings a new age of technology and creativity to the table at Savin & Bursk. Attorneys like Adam J. Savin are paving the road and setting the new standards in case preparation and trial presentation through the use of litigation applications, specialized software, 3D animation accident reconstruction, and interactive visual display media. Adam J. Savin is a young, innovative, and hungry attorney who will exceed his client’s expectations. Adam understands that being an exceptional attorney does not simply mean getting his clients the most amount of money possible. Adam has a compassion for his clients and understands the value of meeting with each and every client, taking the time to listen and explain what they can expect.
