About
Adam Bach focuses his practice on business litigation, contracts, corporate and transactional matters, construction litigation, intellectual property, warranty litigation, the Uniform Commercial Code, employment and workers’ compensation, and general civil litigation in both South and North Carolina. Adam’s success has earned him the respect of his peers who gave him the highest possible peer review rating, AV-Preeminent, with the oldest peer review rating service in the country, Martindale. Adam was also recently named as a South Carolina Super Lawyer Rising Star in the areas of Business and Commercial Litigation. Adam has a wide range of litigation experience having represented clients in cases as varied as contract disputes and trademark infringement to personal injury and toxic torts. Adam is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Greenville County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association and is admitted to practice before South and North Carolina State and Federal Courts and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Adam received his Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school he earned a number of honors, including Order of the Coif, awarded to graduates in the top 10% of their graduating class, Order of the Wig and Robe, awarded to graduates in the top 15% of their class after their second year, Order of the Barristers, awarded to the top appellate advocates, and was invited into the honorary John Belton O’Neal Inn of Court. While in law school Adam also served as a Research Editor for the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal and was a member of USC’s National Moot Court Team. Adam received his Bachelor of Arts with honors from Furman University. While at Furman, Adam was a member of several honors societies. When he’s not practicing law, Adam is with his wife Jamie and their two children, Warren and Cooper. He is active in the community, serving as an elder at First Presbyterian Church and is a member of Greenville’s Downtown Rotary Club.
