I am a certified real estate specialist in Arizona and a partner at the Radix Law Firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. I am licensed in both Arizona and Nevada. I have been practicing law since 2000. My practice primarily focuses on real estate (transactions and litigation). But I work with and advise small to medium sized companies on all aspects of their businesses. As lead counsel I have conducted numerous jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations and appeals. I have experience in all phases of civil litigation and trial. I have also represented clients before the Registrar of Contractors and the Department of Real Estate. While in law school, I served as the Articles Editor for the Energy Law Journal. After law school, I worked for a well-established firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. I also spent some time working as in-house counsel for a real estate development company. Before joining the Frutkin Law Firm, I was the Managing Partner of Buck Edmunds PLC, an Arizona law firm with a focus on real estate law and litigation. When I am not working I love to fly fish and spend time with my wife and three kids.
