Abdoul A. Konare is a partner based in the Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Konare practices in the areas of immigration and nationality law, concentrating on issues related to removal, family and employment of foreign nationals. His background includes extensive removal counseling and cases before U.S. Immigration Courts and Immigration & Customs Enforcement. His family and employment practices involve representing individuals, families, and businesses before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of State, Department of Labor and other government agencies. Mr. Konare has received a LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2003 and a J.D. cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law in 2002. From 2002 to 2003, Abdoul served as a Fellow at the Institute of International Economic Law (IIEL) in Washington, DC. He is a member of the Bars of District of Columbia and Michigan. In his spare time, Mr. Konare is a very active volunteer for Centro Hispano in Frederick, MD and enjoys running.
