About
Abbey is an Associate Attorney at Stebelton Snider, LPA. She received an Associate Degree in Accounting from Belmont Technical College in St. Clairsville, Ohio in 2011, and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Health Services Administration, Cum Laude, from Ohio University in 2014. After receiving her bachelor’s degree, Abbey moved to Columbus, Ohio to attend Capital University Law School. She received her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in 2018 where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and with Pro Bono Legal Honors. Abbey was admitted to the bar that same year. While completing her law degree, Abbey worked as a Law Clerk for the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office, a law clerk with Stebelton Snider, LPA, and as a judicial intern with the Franklin County Probate Court. While at Capital Law School, she also served as a Peer Advisor, Peer Ambassador, and a staff member of the Capital University Law Review. Abbey began working for Stebelton Snider as a Law Clerk in 2017, and transitioned to an Associate Attorney in 2018. Currently, her skills are utilized in the firm’s Criminal Law, Family Law, and Civil Litigation Departments, and handles matters related to record sealing and expungement, as well as matters relating to protection orders.
