Aaron R. Shahan is the founder of ATLAS LAW, PLC. Aaron dedicates his practice to all aspects of estate planning, elder law and probate. Aaron assists his clients with a broad range of disputes involving probate, trust, and fiduciary matters. Aaron Shahan also helps individuals, couples, and families create estate plans, private foundations and charitable trusts. Aaron has extensive litigation experience and is proficient in advanced estate planning and asset protection techniques. In the past, Aaron also worked for a large consumer bankruptcy firm. Aaron, a native of Michigan, received his B.A. in Marketing from Wayne State University in Detroit. Later, he attended The John Marshall Law School in Chicago where he finished in the top ten of his class, earning the distinction Cum Laude. While attending law school, Aaron clerked for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. Aaron Shahan is the co-founder of ATLAS LAW, PLC.
