About

Aaron Dias is a member of RPWB’s pharmaceutical litigation team, which fights for the rights of consumers who have been injured or killed by pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices. With a strong scientific background, he also has years of experience in natural resource damage and other toxic tort cases. He is a 2005 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and a 1994 graduate of the College of Charleston, where he received a B.S. in chemistry and a B.A. in history. Prior to pursuing a law career, he worked for 8 years as a chemist at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), where he performed environmental chemistry research. Dias clerked for RPWB during law school and was brought on as an associate in 2005. He was named a member in 2019. In addition to his case work, he manages the firm’s clerkship program. A native of Charleston, Dias is an avid tennis player. He enjoys travel and escaping the city’s humidity by retreating to the mountains whenever he can. He has two miniature dachshunds, Steffi and Gabby.
