About
Aaron M. Lavine began his career working for prominent Los Angeles plaintiffs’ trial attorneys, where he handled cases involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful deaths, and product liability, in addition to professional liability and insurance bad faith matters. Mr. Lavine’s civil litigation practice continues with a focus on fighting to help seriously injured people find justice and resolving business disputes on a contingency business. He has also worked as outside general counsel, advising businesses on transactional matters and vigorously litigating on their behalves. Mr. Lavine has tried multiple cases to verdict, in addition to numerous arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Lavine mentors college students through his work as a director with the Sigma Phi Epsilon Alumni Board at UCSB. He also volunteers with Los Angeles Animal Services, Minds Matter Los Angeles-- an organization helping under-privileged high school students attend college-- and is involved in fundraising for leukemia and juvenile diabetes related charities. He is a member of Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles (CAALA), Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. Mr. Lavine is admitted to practice in all California state courts and multiple federal court jurisdictions.
