Aaron J. Bibb is a dedicated associate attorney at Hawks Quindel, S.C., based in Madison, Wisconsin, where he specializes in employment law, with a particular focus on wage and hour disputes, labor relations, and employee rights. With over a decade of experience as an advocate for working individuals, Attorney Bibb has cultivated a deep understanding of the complexities of employment law and the challenges faced by workers. Before embarking on his legal career, Attorney Bibb was a passionate union representative and activist within the Wisconsin labor movement. His commitment to workers' rights was exemplified during his tenure as the lead organizer for a successful unionization campaign at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse between 2009 and 2011. Following the enactment of Act 10 in 2011, which significantly altered public-sector union rights, he tirelessly supported teachers, support staff, custodians, and nurses across the state, empowering them to navigate their new landscape and assert their collective rights. At Hawks Quindel, Attorney Bibb applies the same fervor and advocacy skills to his legal practice. He diligently represents both individual clients and collective groups, ensuring that employers adhere to state and federal minimum wage and overtime regulations. His expertise extends to handling cases of discrimination and retaliation, as well as negotiating employment terms on behalf of workers from the onset of their employment to its conclusion.
