Aaron is an experienced Attorney who specializes in real estate transactional law, foreclosure law, wills and estate law, and probate. Aaron is constantly in litigation against the largest mortgage lenders in California on behalf of homeowners facing foreclosure due to the banks’ deceptive conduct. In addition to being an attorney, Aaron is a licensed real estate broker. Over the years, Aaron has helped clients avoid foreclosure by converting it into an equitable real estate transaction. Aaron created Rubix Realty, in response to the lack of qualified and experienced real estate professionals in the distressed property market. Our motto at Rubix Realty is simple. “Where you see problems. We see solutions” Real estate transactions are not always simple. Many times, there are a number of legal and tax issues that need to be resolved before an escrow can successfully close. These issues include: Negotiating with banks for discounted payoffs, negotiating with reverse mortgages, clearing title defects, quieting title against false claims of ownership, negotiating and/or vacating judgment liens, settling and obtaining releases of tax liens, settling HOA liens, and negotiating down junior mortgages such as HELOCS. With our unique set of skills we are able to take an upside down home and create equity for a seller. With our unique set of skills we are able to assist savvy investors in acquiring properties off market at under market value prices. When a client chooses Rubix Realty, that client chooses a brokerage with an in house CPA and in house attorneys who specialize in real estate law, tax law, wills and estate law, and probate. Any legal services required to close escrow are included as part of commission. Our goal is to help sellers and buyers simplify their complicated real estate transaction.
