Ms. Lastorino represents attorneys for claimed malpractice and fiduciary breaches in the handling of a wide variety of matters which include commercial litigation, bankruptcy, real estate transactions, employment discrimination, personal injury, matrimonial and many other areas. She also defends attorneys involving claims under the Federal Securities Laws, R.I.C.O., New York's Judiciary Law and assertions of ethical violations. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler LLP, Ms. Lastorino litigated a broad range of cases including commercial litigation, real estate disputes, matrimonial conflicts as well as the defense of premises, products and professional liability claims. She previously practiced law in the State of Georgia where Ms. Lastorino is also admitted.
