Benjamin S. Kaplan , who joined the firm as an associate in 2007, concentrates his practice in litigation. Before joining the firm, Mr. Kaplan was associated with the New York office of King & Spalding LLP, a major international firm. Mr. Kaplan was graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra Law School in 2006, where he ranked fifth in his class, served as Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review, and was on the Dean's List for each academic year. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Talmudic Law from Yeshiva Bnei Torah Rabbinical College in 2001.
